We have been in business for almost 17 years, offering a client specific solution according to the issue, budget, population and timescale. We pride ourselves on doing a great job for our clients, and in our business, and we like to think because of that our business has grown and developed over the years by referral and recommendations.  Everything that we do is designed to be practical, pragmatic and useful to the delegates that attend our training courses, or those who come to us for one to one coaching support. We have worked in industry ourselves and understand the need to get a return on investment – not just financial investment but the time given to help and support team development. We work hard to make sure you get the return you are looking for.

When people leave our sessions, it is important that they are clear on what they can now DO differently as a result of spending time with us.  So many delegates tell us stories of other training they have attended where there is lots of talk of theories and models, but then they get back to the “real world” the following day and wonder what have they really learned that is worthwhile and that they can implement.

Our approach is very different.  Whether you want to talk to us about Leadership, Managing Performance, Developing Highly Engaged Teams, Personal Effectiveness or Selling Skills we will always want to know “What do you want your people to do, know, realise, achieve or believe when they leave us?”  That is fundamental to your and their success!

Our workshops are highly interactive, encourage maximum participation and have even been described as “enjoyable!” by delegates – often surprised how much they can learn in a relaxed, informal environment – we love when people go away having had a fabulous day and are able to translate their experience with us into their every day reality, quickly and easily. That’s what makes it all worthwhile.

PS.  We also don’t do “death by Powerpoint”!!!  What a refreshing change!!
