360-degree Feedback

It can be difficult for colleagues and staff and even bosses to give constructive, timely feedback to managers (especially if they haven’t been on our Tough Talk™ or Confident Conversations workshops!). Implementing a good 360-degree feedback process can take away the fear factor and lead to clear performance improvement.

What is it?

360-degree feedback is a process whereby an individual is rated by a variety of people that are affected by their work - line manager, peers, team members and even customers if appropriate. This feedback is collated, compared to a self-assessment and fed back in a one-to one meeting by an experienced facilitator and coach.

Why use ABD for 360-degree feedback?
  • We don’t assume that ‘one size fits all’. We work with you to customize our feedback materials to ensure that they meet your actual needs.
  • We provide feedback that is based on a mix of quantitative scores and narrative comments and suggestions, which we believe gives maximum benefit to the participants.
  • We only use highly experienced consultants who are skilled and sensitive in taking people through the feedback giving and receiving processes.
  • We are flexible in how the process is administered – totally externally, in conjunction with an internal HR department, by electronic or paper based means, or we can even licence and train you to run the process yourselves if we are satisfied that the appropriate safeguards ands skills are in place.
  • We put the onus on future improvements and action planning, and can offer ongoing coaching if required

If a whole workgroup/management team participate, we can provide group trends and facilitate workshops for organizational improvement as well as support to individual participants
