The session is most beneficial for those who have responsibility for managing others and who may find the idea of tackling poor performance, inappropriate behaviour or managing potential conflict difficult.
Duration: *1.5 days (9.30–4.30 pm on Day 1 and 9.30–1 pm on Day 2)
