A recent client called us to help with their sales and marketing activity and through a combination of consultancy, training and one to one coaching, we helped them on their way to their best year yet.  Initially we sat down with their Directors and helped them review their marketing strategy and then their marketing message.  Redesigning brochures, standard client letters, invitations to events and then delivering training for their sales team to see this through.  Afterwards, we supported the Directors through a one to one executive coaching relationship to help them modernise their systems, client approach and management style – as well as helping them introduce essential procedures and practices for the smooth (and legal) running of their business. 

Another smaller client needed help in developing their business turnover – so we worked with them to design an eye catching exhibition stand, worked on the stand with them to support them in their venture, and coached their staff in making the most of exhibition opportunities – so our involvement can be as small as this or … as big as this ……….
