Personal Leadership
In today’s business world, the culture within organisations makes a real difference to its success and effectiveness, and the behaviour and style of leadership can make a huge difference in making that a positive or negative climate.
Effective leaders are ones who recognise the benefit of a participative, consultative style, making optimal use of all resources, human and otherwise, and whilst they can develop skills to do so, must recognise that how they react to different situations comes from our inner self rather than that learned behaviour.
Effective leaders must recognise that their role requires appropriate professional responses according to the situation and circumstances they are facing, and sometimes their natural reaction is not the most appropriate.
In this one day workshop we will help all participants identify how personal values and beliefs affect our thinking and therefore our behaviours, and give them an opportunity to separate the two and make a conscious decision around their behavioural responses to workplace situations. |
