Sample of a customised programme

This will give you an idea of the customised programmes we have recently been delivering with a large UK organisation. Having been so impressed with the results, they have since had over 160 of their managers and supervisors go through the programme. They noticed real results and real improvements.

Each workshop is run at monthly intervals and requires participants to generate an action plan at the end of each workshop. This requires them to identify 3 SMART goals for the coming month where they can apply their learning. They then agree this with their line manager and review their progress before reporting back at the next workshop
