Leadership - a 2 day whistle stop tour!

Our 2 day whistlestop tour of leadership is an absolute must for all Team Leaders, Supervisors and Managers who are either new to the role or who have had little formal development. Providing an excellent insight into the essentials of managing others – leading to greater competence and confidence. Clients have also used the Whistle Stop as an Induction for managers new to their business, as well as a programme designed to bring all leaders to a common understanding of what good leadership looks like, to prepare people for further more specific, tailored development options.

This programme is suitable for anyone who has responsibility for managing staff – and modules can be amended or added to suit specific organisational needs and preferences.
